The apartment is brand new as advertised and hosted some guests with baby's before but was perfectly no issues with them. As a host, I make sure that my place is brand new, and sign up the best NBN internet plan for my guest, and there is always a back up plan internet for the guest. My team member helped to address the issue till late at night and an temperate wifi provided. However, host is not God, can not control everything in the world. The guest instant booked the apartment under great discount promoted by Airbnb without checking or notifying anything special requirement before arrives. Two days after staying, the guest starts to brought up issues that no others brought up before. Again, hosts are not your dad or mom, knowing if you are super sensitive on smells or sounds, which majority of people are not. Worst hosting experience ever. But thanks for the guest gives us the lesson that will never use low price to attract wrong guests for this high end and popular apartment anymore.
