I take reviews and responses to stays very seriously, so even though I suspected that there were mistruths in your review, I went to the apartment to double check my beliefs. My cleaning lady said you were upset because we had to ask you to leave though you had already overstayed check out time by over an hour. We explained there were new guests soon to arrive and the cleaning needed to be done. (If it had been so horrible, it seems you would have left earlier, or made the conditions known prior to review. ) Reviewing with falsehoods is an impolite manner of dealing with anger. In response to your most egregious accusations: 1) my cleaning lady and I take significant offense to being accused of not washing sheets, her, because she changes the beds and me because I lug the sheets and towels after every stay and do the wash myself, so I know it is clean. 2) Mice running all around the apartment. I went and looked for evidence. I am always on the look out for trouble, there was none. I have four cats, we haven't had any problems with mice. 3)The neighbors across the street are renters and like to set up camp on their porch. Not my ideal neighbors, however, they haven't harmed anyone and are not a security concern. I come and go at all times and I nor any of my guests have had an issue with them. 4) I did see a couple of ants, there are some that seem to have taken a liking to a plant, we are taking care of that issue now. I will let the other reviews speak for the space. I am not claiming it to be perfect, but we do try hard to make it a good experience.
