Roseline seemed to have brought some issues with her that go a little beyond the state of the room. Admittedly, it's a big brownstone with all wood floors that accumulate dust and need to be swept pretty much daily.
As for the rest. I responded to all of her requests immediately. Central heat was out in the building as it is now late April, but there was a large space heater: I offered to set up her computer to my modem, but she never took me up on it, and the towel in question was multicolored from a dying project. Not dirt. The sheets were freshly washed before she arrived--which was as someone in need of a new apartment to move into, not a traveler passing through. The space is as advertised.
