You had all of my contact information, including phone number, but you never communicated until now, even when you asked my parents to stay since I have a passion to help displaced women and children, and that you had no place to go except the library. This was never communicated and I was informed that you don't do phones calls or text. If you have any questions, you should communicate it.
Although you were instructed to park in the 3rd parking spot, I allowed you to partially block the drive way to accommodate your limited mobility to get to the front door. Although the front door with passcode was available, you used the side garage entrance for your mobility. The wash and dryer was available to you for 4+ large volume of clothing for a mere 3 night stay; almost everything from your vehicle.
You clearly misunderstood me. Wifi is present and provided on the check-in sheet that was presented to you. The wifi router is located upstairs for the entire house, therefore if you experienced any slowness then I also had a hotspot available to you. The hotspot isn't located upstairs, but the router. Hence it is existent and always have been, therefore you had another option if the first wasn't to you liking, but you needed to communicate this with Me(80 yo's are electronically challenged). So based on your comment, you didn't try the wifi connection noted on the check-in procedure.
The dog is kept in a crate, sufficient space in a 3500 sqft home . Although you told me you were allergic to specifics of short-hair and desired to touch him, I still kept her away from you. Again, if you felt there was a disturbance with the dog, this matter could be easily rectified, but this was never communicated.
Also, I have to work from home everyday, especially for my job, so online is a must
