We had a lot of correspondence prior to booking, negotiating discounted prices and she advised she had a medical condition but did not say what the condition was. She appeared to have no mobility issues. It was terrible weather and my housekeeper and everybody was snowed in before she arrived, but still we managed to clean.
I have no evidence there was any food stuck on plates or cutlery or that there was significant dust, and the mold was a tiny spot on the window frame.
I don;t know what the issue is with having to walk to get to the beach. I never advertised it was actually on the beach. It is one of the closest to the beach you will find in Newquay.
She never mentioned she had mobility problems, and there are just about 3 steps. I don't think she had a baby or buggy with her.
The listing description, size of home, photos and amenities are as described in the advert.
I also provided a special wifi capability at her request. On arrival she complained about every tiny thing, apparently wrote a long list on two pages of A4, and I sent a cleaner again for two hours at my expense to respond to Sarah's whims, and I also sent a locksmith to fix windows which had become stuck and sorted out new light bulbs which are difficult to obtain. Sarah continued to complain and left on Wednesday, but then she could not find anywhere else so she finally left on Friday. All told I am severely out of pocket as airbnb have returned to Sarah the rental for the remaining three weeks.
