Ancient monkeypod tree offers seclusion and comforting shade providing for a treehouse setting for this second story hideaway on one of Southern Kauai`s most loved resorts -- Kiahuna Plantation.

Wonderful corner unit -- enjoy the Kauai trade winds with the distinctive louvers on the sidewalls in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The rooms all have dramatic vaulted ceilings lending to a Polynesian atmosphere.

Enjoy the lanai for meals, lounging and a peaceful place to relax while the monkeypod tree slowly sways in the breeze.

This unit is truly a home away from home at a resort that has the best location in all of Poipu Beach. Kiahuna Plantation is the only resort in Poipu that is located on a swimming beach. It has it’s own on-site restaurant, pool, tennis courts and gym facility.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
All reservations require a 50% payment to hold chosen dates.
• 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due in full


CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date are refundable with a 50% refund, except fees which are non-refundable.
• Reservations cancelled 29 days or fewer are non-refundable.
• Holiday reservations are non-refundable.
• We will make every attempt to fill cancelled reservations and if they are filled, a 50% refund may be possible.


RESERVATION PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.


RESPONSIBILITY
Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy. Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.


USE
It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever. Tenant in his possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $300 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.17%) and TAT (9.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.

The location and amenities are excellent. But, be aware, this unit is in a large condo/resort complex. We loved it.

Great stay! So close to the beach for surfing/snorkeling/swimming. Lush green grounds with BBQ station overlooking beach. Place had all the amenities you would expect including plenty of dishes, paper towels, clean bath towels, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great unit, in a beautiful resort compound, right on one of the best beaches in Poipu, Kauai. It's a quiet setting, beautifully maintained, and the unit itself is an end unit, on the upper, 2nd level, with privacy and beautiful surroundings. I would definitely return on another trip. Owner has maintained the unit well, and provides beach chairs, umbrellas for use during stay. The grounds of the complex (Kiahuna Plantation Resort) are beautiful ... that's something that I didn't initially appreciate with the unit description .. it's in a prime condo complex location, with direct access to great beach. Highly recommend it.

We spend our Christmas vacation here with our two adult daughters and had a wonderful, relaxing time, just as we'd envisioned. The Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful garden setting with it's own private beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. Our unit Treehouse #236 was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were attentive to all details and communicated in a timely and efficient way. They let us know ahead of time that there were some problems with the oven. We didn't mind at all because there are electric grills outside for the guests all over the property, so we happily grilled our fresh Kauai shrimp and locally grown veggies for our Christmas dinner. We ate out at several of the wonderful local restaurants in the area. This was the ideal location for exploring the island of Kauai. We hope to return again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jed’s place. It’s very clean, spacious and has everything you need. We didn’t meet Jed in person but communicating with him was very easy and he gave us some great recommendations. Definitely, recommend staying here.
