Conveniently located within 5 miles of airport, and minutes from several interstates that lead you to Cincinnati or Indiana. Also within a short drive is the Creation Museum, CVG aircraft viewing area, parks, farmers market, and tour-able farms. On-street parking is available, and restaurants, bars, marketplace (with Starbucks) located within walking distance, but may not necessarily have sidewalks.
This listing is for the basement space, which feels almost like an apartment. There is a shared entrance upstairs (this listing is for space in my home), but at least 1 private room. A queen-sized air mattress available upon request. I have several amenities that will make your stay pleasant, including gym equipment, board/card games, air hockey, cable, books, and wi-fi.
Guests have access to many amenities including 1 private room, private bathroom, sofa sectional, tv with cable, wireless internet, and games. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker for use. Air hockey and gym equipment too.
I (family) will be present for most of duration of stay (upstairs), so available if there are any questions (feel free to message me too). However, I will mostly be distant to allow you to enjoy amenities. Please let me know if you'd prefer me to be more available during your stay.
I have young children, and can not guarantee they will be quiet at all points in your stay (they are 3 and 9 months), they do have reasonable bedtimes, however up through the night sometimes. They are typical, active children. I can keep them out of the basement throughout your stay. I also have 3 friendly cats who share most of the home which are shut out of the basement the majority of the time. They may run and play throughout the home, sometimes creating some noise that can be heard downstairs.
Please be courteous to us along with limited noise through the night, and we will try to do the same. We appreciate an estimated time of arrival so that we can be sure to show you around the listing. No smoking is allowed in our home.
I am a wife and mother who is family-oriented, and have an interesting career that allows me to learn about consumers and their habits. I love the outdoors and am often found experimenting in my garden with new plants. Not only do I love being outdoors, but try to reduce my impact on the environment, including my family in these efforts.
I am excited to open up a portion of my home and hope that I will be able to accommodate your needs for a delightful stay.
