LAKE FRONT HOUSE IN WALKING DISTANCE TO ROAD AMERICA WITH FUN ACTIVITIES ALL YEAR LONG. (During this Covid 19 crisis we want to make sure all our guests are safe and protected. During this time we are taking extra measures to sterilize the house and also, as always, have contactless check in and check out to further protect you and your families.) During the summer you can go to the races at Road America, sit on one of our two porches overlooking the lake and relax, boating, fish in our lake (Bluegill, Bass, Trout, Walleye and Pike), swimming, hike the Kettle Moraine or Ice Age trails, play golf at one of the many nearby courses, our house has it all! During the winter you can enjoy winter wonderland views from the porch and living room, go right out front and ice fish (Bluegill, Bass, Perch and Pike), rent a snowmobile, snowshoeing or hiking on trails and much more! Enjoy the beautiful views of Little Elkhart Lake from the dining room, living room and two decks facing the water! Two car garage. Upstairs there is one queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the bedroom. There is also a very comfortable queen pull out couch in the downstairs living room. Big private backyard with fire pit and grill! Large kitchen with all the appliances, utensils and dishes you need. There is a laundry/mudroom with washer an dryer. Cozy up next to the natural fireplace. Very close to historic downtown Elkhart and downtown Plymouth. Swimming and Non motorized watercraft can be done right out the front door. You can also use the public boat ramp on the lake for any motorized boats which is less than half mile away. For your enjoyment we have a paddle boat and 4 bikes (2 adult, 2 child). We also have a pack n play with mattress, kids toys, board games. House is on a hill overlooking the lake so there are about 35 steps to reach the front door so please be comfortable with that.

The decor in the cottage is traditional and cozy. The morning light is refreshing and clears the mind. We love the views of the countryside from the front window. It’s surprisingly enjoyable to hang out in. Charming little getaway!
