Pedal through the Plemmirio Nature Reserve with me, a cycling guide, along the unspoiled coast near Siracusa, where quiet country roads wind through fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, revealing breathtaking views of Ortigia and the Ionian Sea. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or just looking for a leisurely ride, I’ll tailor the experience to your pace and interests. • I’ll greet you, help you get fitted for your bike, go over safety guidelines, and introduce our route. • You’ll pedal to the rugged cliffs of Capo Murro di Porco, where a working lighthouse stands guard. There’ll be plenty of time to pause at scenic viewpoints. • Stop at a local cafe for a taste of Sicilian daily life before continuing to Ognina’s picturesque fishing harbor for a refreshing swim or a relaxing break in a sandy cove. • On your way back, you’ll retrace part of the route with a fresh perspective. You’ll have time to reflect on the journey and say goodbye to your new cycling friends. You’ll leave our ride with a deep personal connection to the wild beauty of the coast, and indelible memories of some glorious countryside.

Join me for a 2.5-hour Street Food Tour and discover the island where I grow up through the eyes of a local. Uncover hidden corners of my island often missed and savor a variety of authentic Sicilian specialties. We start with a refreshing Sicilian coffee, followed by the iconic Arancino, a savory rice ball with ragú that will delight your taste buds. Then, we’ll explore the island’s charming, off-the-beaten-path areas, leading us to the bustling local fruit and vegetable market. At the market, meet my friend Francesco, who will introduce us to Capuliato (sun-dried tomato pesto), artisanal salami, and local cheeses. Enjoy delicious almond pastries, rich pistachio cream, and the best panino of your life from a renowned mozzarella maker. Our tour concludes at the city’s top gelateria, where you’ll savor refreshing granita made with seasonal fruit. My personal favorite is the mulberry flavor! Please note that dishes may vary based on seasonal availability. My goal is to provide an authentic local experience with fresh, organic ingredients. Immerse yourself in Sicilian heritage and enjoy my island like a local, with a local! Additional Information: Water is included. All food tastings are covered in the tour price. Ortigia Street food & Market Tour with Sicilian Chef

You will have the chance to discover the history of Syracuse market through the eyes of a local.A unique experience in the heart of Ortigia!You discover the culture and the dishes of the Italian and Sicilian culinary tradition, passing between the history of its monuments and visiting a traditional old Sicilian market, where the colors and smells mingle with the voices of the sellers.Sicily is the 5th place in the world for the quantity and quality of Street Food. You enjoy many foods, from savory to sweet,while the Chef Angelo will explain the origin and history of these. 9:30 AM. We will start the experience with a traditional Sicilian breakfast (lemon, almond or pistachio Granita with Sicilian "Tuppo" Brioche, Cannoli with sweet ricotta, almond biscuits, cappuccino, espresso, americano or orange juice), where i'll introduce the Sicilian history explaining the food origins. 10:15 AM. Then we will have a short walking tour araund Ortigia's island, where I will explain the Sicilian and Syracusan history. 12 PM - Then we'll move to the Historic Fresh Market. Here you will taste cheese,dried tomatoes, olives of different qualities, Sicilian salami, almond biscuits,sweet pistachio cream,almonds, pistachios,dried fruit. 1 PM: Lunch will be in one of the best place for street food in Siracusa exactly in the market street. All drinks, tastings, breakfast and lunch are included!

Questa esperienza è rivolta a coloro che preferiscono tour non troppo impegnativi fisicamente e gustare quanto di buone offre il territorio etneo. Trascorreremo una giornata sul vulcano attivo più alto d'Europa. Conosceremo i suoi aspetti naturalistici e folkloristici e assaggeremo alcuni dei suoi peculiari prodotti gastronomici. Dopo esserci incontrati presso il punto di incontro a Siracusa ci dirigeremo verso il rifugio Sapienza, qui faremo una breve sosta prima di iniziare l'escursione Cammineremo per circa 1,5/2 ore sul bordo di crateri laterali ormai spenti fino a una quota massima di circa 2000m dove godremo di una vista mozzafiato e conosceremo le peculiarità naturalistiche del vulcano Etna Se desideri raggiungere la quota più alta e più sicura consentita con funivia e bus 4x4, scrivimi e ti spiegherò come fare. La seconda tappa sarà la visita di una suggestiva grotta vulcanica, entreremo all'interno di un caratteristico tunnel lavico formato dallo scorrere di lave fluide La terza ed ultima tappa sarà una degustazione di sfiziosi prodotti tipici siciliani presso una azienda locale con un elegante stile etneo Gruppo minimo 2 persone Cerchi una vera e propria esperienza di trekking? Questa esperienza sarà una completa immersione nel centro storico di Siracusa, la bellissima Ortigia. Abitando nell'isola da ormai sei anni e vivendola come studente universitario di architettura la conosco come le mie tasche. Scegliendo questa esperienza avrai la possibilità di essere immortalato/a negli angoli più belli dell'isola proprio nella golden hour, e se vorrai anche la sera, quando le luci della città si accendono e il tutto acquista un pizzico di magia. Ti fornirò nozioni sull'architettura che ha modellato nei secoli l'isola di Ortigia, ti farò visitare piazze, vicoli, ruderi, templi greci, chiese e tanto altro.

Il canyon di Cava Grande passeggiata rilassante nella natura

We are going to visit, walk and enyiong, Cava Grande canyon, with the chance, if you are up to, of swimming in Cassibile River. We are going to access the canyon, walking by an old concealed mule path, used by shepards in the past time to get to the bottom of the gorge, or using some secondary trails taking into the canyon We are going to do it respecting the "path" itself, the environment around us, and the natural places we are visiting, trying to have the less impact possible, caused by our presence. I invite you to practice the “zen karma circle” and possibly to take away any little rubbish when we can. My choice to make guide only few people. Not because this tour is fancy, posh, luxury or exclusive, but simple because I care to be in the nature, trying to be less intrusive as possible. We will walk and chill out and share good stories, and celebrate nature. The trip by car to get to our location will last around 30/50 minutes from Siracusa. The walk is easy and undemanding. The time to come back to town can vary and it's only indicative.

마그나 그레시아' 자전거 여행

We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.

시라쿠사에서 즐기는 스탠드업 패들보딩

We use rigid SUP boards, stable and professionals equipments, not the poor quality inflatables, if it’s your first time on a Stand up Paddle and you are willing to have a total summery experience, this is the right one for you! (ASK FOR DIFFERENT HOURS OF THE DAY WE CAN MAKE AT Sunrise or Sunset or whenever you want ) Depends on wind and sea conditions. We'll meet at the Siracusa small port. From there, depending on the wind and on the weather conditions, we will go around the famous Ortigia island or straight to the caves. Ortigia is one of the most characteristic islands of the Sicilian East Coast and you can have an amazing view over the entire ancient harbor and castle of Siracusa from the sea! I exceptionally decided to give you an option: If the day is good for waves, we can transform our SUP experience into a surfing one, going to the closest surfing spot - it's up to you! Other things to note Sunscreen and a hat, a t-shirt, to avoid to be sun burnt

Venite ad ammirare la nostra bellissima costa Siracusana

Costeggeremo l’isola di Ortigia ammirando il Duomo,la chiesa si Santa Lucia , Palazzo Veneziano, Ponte Umberto I, porto piccolo, ex carcere Borbonico, Mura Spagnole, Lungomare di Levante, Forte Vigliera, Castello Maniace, la Fonte Aretusa, il Lungomare Alfeo e la Porta Marina. Si proseguirà alla scoperta delle grotte marine. Entreremo in questi anfratti della costa per ammirare stalattiti, stalagmiti, fiori corallini e tante forme originali frutto dell’estro creativo della natura. Infine, faremo una piccola sosta per un tuffo. Ci incontreremo al punto d'incontro 30 minuti prima dell'orario prenotato per il check-in d'imbarco.
