Get to know the Pampas, or flat, fertile plains of Argentina, on this hiking and cycling adventure. We’ll take the overnight train from Buenos Aires to Tornquist, then hike 10 kilometers (6 miles) to the top of Cerro Tres Picos, the highest point in Buenos Aires province. After a picnic and taking in views from the top, we'll visit Guanacos Cave on our way to Sierra de la Ventana village. To celebrate our climb, we'll dine an asado (steak). The next day, we’ll cycle to the picturesque town of Saldungaray and visit its winery, cemetery, fort, and tambo.
