Izakaya and sake are key parts of Japanese food and drink culture. I have been involved in sake-making and running my own my izakaya restaurant in the last 3 years, and I just love to share my passion with people. I also started a food tour company, @ninjafoodtours which ranked the top 10 on Tripadvisor in Japan. We will virtually experience the Japanese culture of Izakaya gastropub and sake.
