We have just built our own zen place - our very own private dojo where we film educational videos for the international Judo community. What we want to give to you is your own private lesson on how to fall safely, called breakfalling, (a very useful skill where I come from - can get a bit icy in Canada!), show you how to move your body mindfully, and finally how to grip up on someone and learn some basic throws. Our sport also has a groundwork element and we will show you how to secure and immobilise your partner.
Save 20% if you book with a partner as this gives you the maximum benefit to your experience.
*1-4 individuals = 30mins
1-5 couples/pairs = 60mins

Konichiwa! Hello!
We are 2 Olympians from the sport of Judo. Niki (that's me!) is a Canadian Judoka who competed at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games and Neil, my husband, is a 2x Silver medallist who competed at the Moscow Games 1980, LA Olympic Games (1984) and Seoul (1988). Neil is also a World Champion and 5x European Champion and Niki (me again!) is 7x Canadian Champion as well as Pan-American Champion and Pan Am Games silver medallist.
It may seem a bit obvious but a lot of people ask....we are both black belts - Neil is 9th Dan and I am a 5th Dan.
So together, we make a pretty good team!
