While we watch the absinthe drip, we'll munch on charcuterie and learn about absinthe's history and unique flavor profile. When it's ready, we'll taste and compare real European absinthe with some made in the U.S. After comparing absinthe varieties, we'll savor a mini cocktail featuring absinthe. For those that find straight absinthe too strong, it may just win you over! As the cherry on top, you'll be able to choose any cocktail off the menu to enjoy as we dive into Q&A time with Wes.
