Our family owns 4 identical studios in the same building. The home is in a completely renovated block of flats and all the neighbors are owners from 2020-2021, so many young people. The studio has smart TV so it allows you to watch movies on Netflix / HBO with access to a personal account. In the kitchen you will find a washer with dryer, so you can arrange your clothes if you stay longer. The rooms are very well heated. All pieces of furniture and equipment are new, purchased in January 2021.

Este plasata intr-o zonă foarte liniștită, la 200 de metri fata de drumul principal, cu padure de salcam in spatele casei, perfectă pentru călătorii care își doresc să revină „acasă” după ce explorează Transaplina, Transfagarasanul sau obiectivele turistice din zona. Pentru noi nu sunteți doar turiști, sunteți oaspeți și, sperăm, prieteni.

It features an entire house floor (separate entrance) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 kitchen, living area and terrace with a total area of 160 sqm. Parking for up to 3 cars, barbecue area, swing/cradle, outside table area, and a big lawn with lots of places where you can relax outside. In the basement of the house you can find a mini-market shop where you can get some supplies for your next trip.
