Relax and feel at home in the Cozy Brick CottageCome be our guest at the clean, quaint, little Cozy Brick Cottage. This small old brick house has two bedrooms on the main floor and large sleeping area upstairs with a dbl and twin bed, queen air mattress for larger group. Small kitchen with a coffee station. Minutes from historic downtown, ESU and Dirty Kansa activities. Centrally located for disc golf. Garage for parking or bikes. Washer/ dryer on site. A great setting for bridal, baby showers scrapbooking or girlfriends weekend.
Sherwood Lake (King-size bed)Our home is 4 mi. south of I-70 on the west side of Topeka in the Lake Sherwood neighborhood. The king-sized bed has a cushy Memory foam topper and plenty of pillows. The closet & dresser are available for your use. The bathroom is off the hallway, yours exclusively during your stay (except for our two dogs who use it to access the backyard). There's a fan, coffee maker & the TV has a ChromeCast. This space is upstairs. "Sherwood Lake Suite" is our lower-level space and is wheelchair accessible.
